The celebrations included:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspiring Discussions and Reflections<\/strong>: Industry experts shared insights on the progress made in health and safety risk management, the evolution of CDM, and the ongoing need for education, collaboration, and innovation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Building a Caring Industry and Mental Health<\/strong>: A standout moment of the week was the Building a Caring Industry event, which focused on mental health in construction. Members commended the honest and heartfelt reflections shared during the session, The passion and effort of APS in addressing mental health challenges were praised, as was the incredible work of the Lighthouse Charity in supporting industry professionals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Member Recognition Awards<\/strong>: As part of the week, APS celebrated the outstanding contributions of its members, recognising those who have gone above and beyond to uphold and promote health and safety excellence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Panel Session<\/strong>: The week ended on a high with a panel discussion exploring 30 years of CDM, APS\u2019s journey since 1995, and the exciting opportunities to shape the future of construction safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reflecting on this milestone, APS President Mark Snelling comments,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor three decades, APS has been a driving force in improving health and safety standards within the construction industry. This anniversary is a moment to celebrate the progress we\u2019ve made while also recognising the work still to be done.
